Department of Justice Office of the Minister Dear Ms. Stark, finally, I want to thank you that you have forwarded my complaint about an illegal action of Wilhelmshaven Youth Office, including use of two police officers with a false name to the Interior Ministry. That was on 3 July 2013. According to their telephone information you sent my mail to the office manager Helmer. Several times I have tried to reach Mr. Helmer. It could not. His deputy has been out of reach for me until today. The promised callbacks did not exist. The police and the city of Wilhelmshaven Wilhelmshaven took position on the incident now. The comments were made as expected of me. The buck has to get each of the others. The City of Wilhelmshaven even told me that the action "is no longer objectively comprehensible" is. Apparently the Wilhelmshaven Youth Office has its own return for the carpets under the carpet. A blackout is enough - the dirt is gone. My published reports on the internet about this illegal action have caused a stir. However, apparently only for people who still have some sense of right and wrong. This probably includes you - especially since it is about two children who have no one did anything, but should grow up separately. This now seems to be the stated goal of Wilhelmshaven youth ministry. The head of this authority on 12 June 2013 not only justified in the Youth Services Committee this approach in similar cases, that he also justified costs incurred when foster parents must attend tenis who do not live in Wilhelmshaven, while the parents live here.
