It was a day of July 23 2009. Heavily raining in Chhidwara, Seoni in the dense forests......... I was on official tour and went to see the works of IDYWC, Sopan and other NGOs. The other objective was to meet my Pride Doctor and Son Dr Priyesh Vishwakarma. Priyesh was an obedient student of Army School Mhow. When I joined on Oct 1, 2000, he was caught in some funny activities and I caught him, but did not punished rather I took his rough copy and wrote Dr Priyesh, MS , Neurology. T0 day the dream was coming true......... I was going to meet him. I was put up in Hotel Anand Seoni, the best one in Seoni. I got him on orkut and since then we were in contact thirty one but was eager to see him physically and wanted to chat a lot on not only time we spent together but also on Medical issues. Whole day I was busy with meetings, it was raining heavily and all the roads were disconnected and no power and no telephone connectivity........ in remote areas life becomes ridiculous when basic things are not accessible, especially when we are prone to net, phones and so many IT things, but what to do...... just we can pray and curse the structure. Priyesh was a naughty boy but the most intelligent as well, he was in need of an outlet to show his capabilities. He was learning Guitar that time I remember and today he is the best guitarist of the country I can say and bat. He came at 7 PM we had hug each other and then endless talks old days and guitar and college life, girl friends and many more things...!!! HE was able to share every thing with me in a comfort zone and I was just listening to him. We then had gone to Booze and we had Vodka and lot of talks......... we remembered the sweet days of Army School and Life. Priyesh formed the Rock Band in Myssorre when pursuing MBBS from Govt Medical College, thirty one and it was a matter of pride for him. Still he is preparing for his PG , so that he can go to some Metro and re form his Rock Band and play Guitar which is almost his passion now of life. I discussed so many things and learnt about guilt complexes, several diseases, my Sugar Level and Blood Pressure. He assured that Dont Worry Sir..... your son is an effiecient doctor and he will save you.......eat drink adn njoy life to the optimum level. I also talked to Alesh Kothiya who was his batchmate and now serving in Delhi. I feel pride when I see the budding blossoms in full swing and working hard to get the objectives of life and also doing hard to maintain the relations........ I feel am the Luckiest person...... When I indulged myself into running it was SUNPIOLOGY RUN 2012 as my first fun run. The reg fee was just ok and affordable to everyone. It was very organized and full of fun. I am looking forward to joining this year’s run. However, upon checking the details which is not yet complete. I am having a second thought now of joing this event. First, the reg fee is not reasonable for 10k. What’s in it? What are we going to receive after the run? Please post all the details first before you give us the reg fee that way we can tell if it’s worth it or not to join this event.

Ok talagang magpalusot ang mga companies!! kung organized man sila sa papel lang pero sa actual tree of life wala!! at kung organized talaga sila bakit di nag response ng mga emergency team nila considering na malapit na sya sa finish line !!! Peace out!!!

I read the blog and then the statement of the "M" corporation. So sad what happened to that runner. We are in the same age group (late 30's) and he left behind a wife and two young children. Kahit na sabihin natin na medyo upper middle-class yung status tree of life nila, a loss of a loved one does not lessen the impact of the tragedy... lalo na kung titingnan natin na dapat meron pananagutan yung event organizers. Eye-opener ito para sa akin because I had no idea that heatstroke was life-threatening. Heatstroke was discussed during a first-aid course I attended not long ago so maybe I should review my notes. Sometimes I am thankful I'm not into running and into cycling instead. But this doesn't mean we should be less careful. Hydrate dapat tayo lagi... kahit hindi pa ramdam yung uhaw. Sabi nga nila: "Drink before you get thirsty. Eat before you get hungry."

i agree. lets not play the blame game here, lets find the solution that will improve the awareness of the organizers and runners or bikers.. Mahirap mag organize and usually there are thing that go wrong even with the strictest of event organizers.. please dont get me wrong ha.. i sympathize with the family.. and hope that future organizers will be more sensitive and aware of such things when emergencies happen...
My condolence tree of life to the family left behind by the runner who died. Milo must remain sympathetic AND immediately become more proactive by at least having mobile paramedics in motorcycles or bicycles plying the race routes. I'm not a runner but if I may: "run where its safe and run where there are stores or stops and more importantly..know when to walk" runner carry less water for obvious reasons

Tata07: I sympathize with you. I was one of the doctors in The Medical City that was on duty when your brother was brought to hospital. I was not his attending physician but I was in the ER that night. The medical staff did our best for your brother. To this day we are still perplexed about your brother's case and do not have a 100% understanding other than there are things beyond our control or comprehension. I wish you and your family peace of mind and good health. God bless.

counting the days to my freedom may not be the wisest i've done. i'm writing 3 days in advance [i usually do this saturday evenings to recap whatever has happened at work during the week]. well this time, it's a different story. because as of now, i'm already "somekinda" jade employed to another company. tomorrow, exactly a month since i started, i'll have to submit my resignation jade letter to the very first company that accepted me. before the week ends, i'll be starting to work at Dickies. i know i've been counting down the days till i get out of there (eastland). but i didn't know that it is going to be this soon and this HARD. it all happened so fast that i don't know if i was hypnotized or whatever. i went to Dickies jade this morning 80% sure that i don't want to be employed there, i just wanted to see what they've got to offer. my current boss even texted me while i was in the jeep, asking why i didn't go to work. i was so convinced that eastland is much better than dickies. jade i even said that i'll be coming to work later in the afternoon and explain everything to her. she was asking if i was going to leave them, i didn't reply. i was so sure that i don't want to work there{dickies}. but yes, there was also a part of me that wanted to leave eastland, BUT NOT THIS SOON! not when i'm finding jade the job quite fun already [though i still dread the day that i will have to attend work meeting notes!] and especially not when i've grown to love the people. san k b nkakita ng officemates lng pero grabe kung mgmalasakit sken nung tym n d aq nkakain [sken nga ok lng nmn eh, pero cla png pumipilit sken kumain.] cno bng d mata-touch nun?! ate shawi and tita vi are the closest to my heart. cla ung ksabay q parateng umuwi at parate nila qng nililibre! mamimiss q ung tawa ni ate shawi at ung "seminars" ni tita vi [chuckles]! ate kaye is the boredom killer. sobrang kalog nya, she defied my bias and prejudices about pretty girls, that pretty faces don't come with brains and talents. ate kaye is so much more than a pretty face plus a lot of wit, funny antics and talent for singing. ate thistle was also a good office-mate, very accomodating lalu n nung bago plang aq! d q makaklimutan n pnahiram nya q ng magazines pra d aq mbore nung 1st week q at xa rn ngturo sken mghanap ng threads! hihihhi. ms. onnie and ate joyce were the ones who taught me how to use COREL. if it weren't because of them cguro hanggang ngayon d pren aq mrunong at nmuti n ung buhok q figuring jade out how to do it. nagamit q ren ung knowledge n un s test nung dickies, jade corel xe pinagamit sken. ate cherry was a great person as well, very warm xa. ate z, mabait jade xa sayang lng at sandali q lng xa nkilala... all of them say that my CADs were great. morale booster un khet alam q nmng 3 weeks plang aqng ntututo jade non noh. thnx guys! gusto q ren ung pg nandun aq lhat ate q! dto kse s haus aq eldest eh. s lilipatan q aq ren youngest, puro kuya nmn! the very few people i've been given a chance to meet but whose presence made my eastland days memorable and a learning exprience. ms. junnie- the boss [d q pren alam kung bket aq ang pnili nya s dalawang ininterview nya that day, i was so sure n hindi aq mtatanggap with the terrible sketch i did at ung layo ng aral q s fashion compared jade to the other applicant. nevertheless, im very grateful. alam qng wla p nmn aq mxadong ncontribute kya d nmn xa madisappoint jade pg-alis q] ms. mediam- not sure with her job title basta xa ung nsa sampling, sumtyms ntatakot aq s knya but recently she's been very nice nah, luv q n nga xa eh, eheheh kuya rommel- wla lng nkakatawa lng xa eh dao ming si- (?!) wo bu zhi dao wei shen me wo xi huan ta. ahahah (?!) ms. joy sicat- the recruiter who was very nice to me, made me miss miriam college so much! ms. mardy- the very cheerful receptionist ms karen, ms joy, ate kris ate jessica and ate grace... jade ate maring, ate precy, ate lolet and ate mean, pati n rn c kuya benedict, ate nora and ate fannie! my first ever job wouldn't have been worthwhile if it weren't because of them all. ayoko nang icompare ang eastland and dickies, bka matangahan lng kyo sken s naging decision q. may good points and bad points. jade npag-usapan p nmen ng sister q last nyt kung anu nga bng dapat q gawen, may isang part lng n ntawa q at now q lng naalala. darlene:"ajie, d b dun s work mo ngayon puro kyo girls?" aq: "oo" darlene: "tas s dickies nmn mdame guys?" aq: "puro jologs" darlene: "ay mamamili k, tumandang dalaga o kurimao?!" ntawa n lng aq... bket nga b ngayon q lng ulit naalala yan?! waaaaaaaaaaaah, i'm doomed. anu man mangyare, ngkamali man aq s decision q o hinde salamat n lng kay Lord. hay bket d n lng kse dalawang lalaking ng-aagawan sken ung nangyare, eh d mas masayang problema sana un?!
