After eight years in the Czech Republic, I decided to go back to the UK, but this time with a much clearer intent. Back then it was simply a journey oxe7 into the world, so to speak, for adventure. Eight years later, the situation is different. oxe7 I do not know quite why, but it seems to me far more difficult than when I was twenty-seven. Major dust
The main objective is money. After long months of unemployment oxe7 would be nice to make them a little more to pay off the debt, and also for stocks. Of course there was also a certain desire for change, the desire to breathe again a little different air and be a richer experience. But at thirty-five years have each person adventure smell, unfortunately, one skinny and lose the need for flexibility. But maybe it's not age. Only current state of mind. And maybe it was not exactly a good idea. But I holt here and I'll try not to give up now.
Why British Bristol? Because it is currently the only place in foreign countries where I have friends who were willing to accommodate me for a start and provide support. Which also says much about - it's not about the desire to get to know anyone have any particular place and enjoy it (and that is the person willing to blindly go and live in a hostel), oxe7 but again won by purely practical needs ... So this is Bristol
The city on the south west of England, near the coast (there's port, but the sea is still quite far away, the ships reached via the river Avon, but is in the air thanks to the gulls and very windy weather). Bristol reportedly has about one million inhabitants, with the suburbs. So far I've only seen part of the city, the later. It is a bit crazy - all the same shops - new buildings and streets with large glass display windows. Think of a Brno Czech street raised a few feet in height oxe7 and covered with the much larger area, and maybe even finished building a couple of new giant stores. But they are not tacky or ugly, no. Only the public areas may be more about something other than crawl between the shops, but of course, benches and fountains and stuff, yeah.
Also, there's an interesting thing - shopping oxe7 complex that looks like a shopping mall, but it's not one house with obchodama, but actually, the streets are roughly covered oxe7 glass here and there, so it's not raining and you also do not feel that you close to shopping mall, but it's somehow street all the time. Pretty good compromise. Houses of Lego
I live with Agnieszka and Wojtek north of Bristol, about 40 min walk from the center, in the district of Horfield. Sounds like a horror film, but it's not so terrible. It's basically been a village with terraced family houses, no more buildings. I quite like it here, it's so peaceful. We live in a newish two-story house, perhaps the whole of plasterboard and plastic (windows, doors). So I often feel that I have shrunk to the size of the Lega and go down the hallway of a lego house, or maybe that I found myself inside the rubber hose on the floor because it often smells of rubber. We have in the flat tread lightly to the neighbors complain. But it's nice to relax. I sleep on the sofa in the living room gaučíku, which is connected to the kitchen. In the morning the sun is shining into my windows - and surprisingly is still quite a bit of sun every day. It seems to me the same temperature as in Prague, overall.
In the city of Gloucester oxe7 Road leads us, which is a very lively street, both full of cars, but also shops and cozy cafes and pubs, church fro fro zen center, oxe7 very interesting people here goes. So, this street is one big marketplace where people meet, too, talking together, give a cup of coffee on the street, etc. A bit like farmers markets to Kulaťák, the feeling of it is.
Agnieszka and Wojtek oxe7 are very hospitable, sharing everything with me. It got very lucky. I went the first day to the Job Centre (basically Office) and there I place job vacancies bumped up a list of Internet addresses where I can apply for social benefits and looking for work, too - via the Internet. oxe7 So I wonder, how did this person without access to the internet, so I went to the local library, where obviously have internet. But when I wanted to register there, he made me a lady ID card, which was written by my local address. Or an official letter that I came to that address. Nothing of the sort, of course I do, that I could not register. It reminded oxe7 me just like a vicious circle that I experienced vz Glasgow in 2005 - when
