"Seine-Maritime: children with disabilities private crèche from January 2 | Homepage | MP Damien Abad is the personality of the year 2013" replay 31/12/2013 Police versus disabled driver: video which was a hit on YouTube
This is the video that created the event on YouTube at the end of 2013. Over 800,000 views for a small film 7 min not sexy for a penny: replay an unglamorous title Incivility a police officer to a disabled person, no shocking images but the sound recording of a conversation between a police officer whose vehicle is parked replay astride a reserved seat and the driver with disabilities who can not access to his car, and a long introduction (over 3 min scrolling text) to locate the context.
The context? François Castellazzi, wheelchair, had to wait 45 minutes for the return of police to gain access to the vehicle. "Do replay not especially wanting to influence your judgment on what follows, I will leave you to analyze by yourself the arguments advanced by the police officer to justify," warns the Savoyard, who had taken care to record exchange with his smart phone. In short, François Castellazzi did not ease in denouncing police behavior, disrespectful and in bad faith, but users liked. Posted on December 15, the video had recorded 700,000 views ten days later.
The buzz started when Rue 89 published an article on 18 December. The information was then picked up by many newspapers, Dauphine released (December 20, Most read story of the year on regional site every day!) TF1 (December 22) to the final runaway December 24, with passages on France Info, Le Figaro or even BFMTV. And the number of daily views went crescendo to over 160,000 on Dec. 23. Surprising for a news certainly regrettable, replay but all in all very spectacular.
The case resulted in an interview on Dec. 24, in the premises of the Police, Brigadier between bad faith and François Castellazzi in the presence replay of departmental director of public safety. "A meeting replay that has smoothed out the dispute," according Émile Finaz, the departmental representative of the APF in Savoy, who attended the meeting. Hopefully the incident publicized and video for educational replay purposes to help raise awareness of the importance of respecting the spaces reserved for the disabled ... Franck Seuret - Photo DR
